After qualifying as an ADI in 2023 I soon realised it was myself doing most of the talking in lessons and far too much 'telling' After looking into the Bright Coaching diploma and its content around coaching I knew I had found the missing link, the link that would bridge the gap to get my pupils way more involved and taking more responsibility for their own learning, delving deeper into pupils thoughts, feelings and beliefs, truly finding out route causes for their behaviours. It's been a real eye opener and I've found the content and each module fascinating. My lessons are so much more engaging, insightful and fun.
