• Advanced Driving Principles (Pillar Two): 
  The second of our four Pillars is not about cutting out bad habits just so you can pass a souped up learner test. It's about true roadcraft, higher-level awareness and planning skills, commentary driving, and consideration of the behavioural issues that cause distraction and emotional response to influence decisions taken at speed.  
  
  
• How to Become a Coach (Pillar Three):
  The best driving instructors understand coaching and they use coaching approaches and methods as a framework, or scaffolding to build the rest of the teaching on. Rather than being "just another tool in the toolbox", at BPM, coaching is the toolbox, and Pillar Three is where you will develop your understanding of it. 
  
  
• How to Become an Instructor (Pillar Four):
  Instructional skills are what keep everyone - coaches/instructors/learners/the general public - safe. In Pillar Four, you will learn how to provide clear directions, instructions, and demonstrations; how to manage interventions when your leaners require support; and how to watch and anticipate the actions your learner is going to take all of the time.
