Cancellation Policy
Full Refund: To receive a full refund, Bright Coaching must receive written request no later than 60 days prior to the first training day. 

Bookings made within the 60-day window have a 14-day full refund window. Refund requests for these bookings made after the 14 days will only be eligible for a 50% discount. 

50% Refund: To receive a 50% refund Bright Coaching must receive written request at any point between 59 days prior to Module One and seven days after your Module One classroom or online session.

The final date to request a refund is seven days after your Module One classroom or online session.
