If you are reading this page it is because your Driving Instructor or Trainer is enrolled on the Bright Coaching Professional Diploma in Coaching and Behavioural Change for Safe Driving.

This qualification is designed to upskill candidates and provide them with a higher level of knowledge and ability than the basic qualification tests that all instructors are required to pass after our basic training. 

As part of the Professional Diploma, our candidates are required to submit portfolios of evidence collected during their in-car training - evidence of coaching conversations aimed at enhancing knowledge and understanding of risk and improving road safety.
